Levering in Europa - gratis voor bestellingen van meer dan 19,99.DHL Express (2-5 werkdagen): DHL SmartMail Plus met Track en Trace.

Wij streven altijd naar de beste verzend omstandigheden. Echter kunnen wij nooit geheel garanderen dat het pakketje op de gewenste manier geleverd wordt door derden. Ondervind u problemen met de levering of de status van het pakket? Neem dan alstublieft contact met ons op.

Custom orders.

It takes a maximum of 6 weeks before you receive the orders specially made for you. These products are tailor-made and designed according to your wishes. These will then undergo specific quality tests. Please note that even if next day delivery is selected for custom products as the shipping method, 6 week delivery will still apply. During the spring festival, the delivery time can be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks. Take this into account.

General Shipping Information.
All orders from Europe and the rest of the world, will be shipped from The Netherlands. All orders placed before 16:00 PM, will be shipped the same day. 
Orders from the USA, will be shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Please note that we try our best to deliver the items as fast as possible from our USA warehouse. In some occasions we will have to ship from our other warehouse in Europe. Only when the USA warehouse has run out of stock temporary. We will always inform you when this occasion occurs.

Taxes & Duties (only for countries outside Europe)

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders & worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. OutFinish does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and OutFinish will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, OutFinish does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
